FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- When is the Fair and what are the hours?

The Mercer County (KY) Fair is always the last full week in July. For 2025, that is July 18-26, with Livestock Shows and Motorsports starting the weekend of the 18th and Pageants/Midway starting Monday the 21st. Motorsports begin at 7pm and the Fair opens at 5pm starting the 21st. The Floral Hall is open
- Where are you located?

The Main Fair Entrance is at 590 Linden Avenue Harrodsburg, KY 40330. If you are participating in Motorsports or the Horse Show and have trailers, the entrance is 431 Henrico Drive Harrodsburg, KY 40330
- What payment options do you accept?

The gate entry is CASH ONLY. We do not have an ATM. If you arrive with card only, we will ask you to return after you have cash. Some Vendors do take cards. Checks are not accepted during the Fair.
