Mercer County Fair Pageant - Regulations & Details 

PHOTO SESSIONS at The Stables Building (Fairgrounds) 

● All pageant photographs will be in color and will be an insert added to the fair program and newspaper. 

● To be considered for “Most Photogenic Couple” each couple MUST have their picture taken together on one of the 2 nights of Photo Sessions 

ENTRY FEE APPLICATION 

● FEE The application fee is $100.00 PER COUPLE (one girl & one boy) 

● Checks to be made payable to: Mercer County Fair and Horse Show 

● Applications WITH the $100.00 entry fee MUST be turned in together on picture day (please call for arrangements if you cannot be at picture day) 

● Please make sure to complete and sign the application and publication permission form for EACH child. 

REGULATIONS AND DETAILS 

● All applicants MUST be residents of Mercer County. * Contestants MUST be 3 years of age on June 30th and CANNOT be 5 years of age on June 30th of the year they represent the fair. * Please refer to the rules, guidelines, deadlines, and pageant date information on the Mercer County Fair Website: http://www.mercerfair.com/forms/ 

● Practice will be held the week before on Sunday, July 20th from 4-5 PM at the center ring (NO PARKING on the MIDWAY- rides will be setting up) 

● Pageant will be Tuesday, July 22nd from 5:30- 6:30 

● Dress attire for the pageant will be “Sunday’s Best” (please no pageant dresses) ● Contestants MUST be ready at least 15 minutes prior to pageant time 

Acknowledgement: As the legal parent(s) or guardian(s) of the contestant you are signing this entry form and certify that all information provided is complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. If requested, you will provide proof of any information requested. You and the contestant’s family members agree to have good sportsmanship and act in a manner that does not disrupt the event or its integrity. You certify the age above listed is correct as the age on pageant day. You acknowledge that the judge’s scores are final. I/we certify that we have read and agree to follow the rules, regulations, and guidelines (provided with this application packet) to compete in this pageant and we will participate in good faith.

Submit Applications Online or Print and bring in person at photo sessions or contact Kimberly to make other arrangements. You may pay your fee online or bring to Photo Session.

PHOTO SESSIONS: 

● June 17th (6:00-8:00) 

● June 24th (6:00-8:00)

● New for 2025! Morgan Lee photography will be offering on-stage photos of each couple ONLY IF pre-paid. Please see the photography sheet at end of application for details. 

● To be considered for “Most Photogenic Couple” each couple MUST have their picture taken together on one of the 2 nights of Photo sessions.
